HR Business Partner (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Liaises with management, integrates HR interventions, coaches managers, escalates sensitive issues, drives cultural change, and prepares HR metrics
Organizes performance management, communicates with managers, supports talent management, and monitors workforce planning.
Analyzes training needs, advises on development solutions, evaluates training programs, organizes leadership development, and maintains onboarding plans.
Develops HR change initiatives, participates in projects, and aligns solutions with company values.
Reviews sales bonuses and reward packages and assists with inquiries.
Assists in contract creation and administrative support for payroll
Qualification:
University degree in HR, business management, or equivalent
3-5 years in a similar role in a multinational company - pharma experience highly valued
Excellent English and German (written and spoken)
Strategic planning and Commercial awareness
Analytical and Project Management Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work with new technologies, e. g., AI tools
Requirements:
