Project Engineer
Tasks:
Manage small to mid-sized investment projects impacting production and business results
Conduct feasibility studies, process calculations, and plant optimizations
Develop and evaluate technical concepts and solutions
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external resources
Support production changes and product launches
Drive process improvements and share technical knowledge
Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical, Process, Chemical, or Bio Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Leadership experience in matrix organizations
High motivation and innovative thinking
