Communications Specialist
Tasks:
- Support delivery of clear, consistent, high-quality external communications
- Assist with executive communications and major external events
- Work closely with External Communications team to create engaging content
- Gain exposure to both strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Create content for media, website, and social media
- Ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Collaborate with design and digital teams on multimedia content
- Monitor media coverage and support media relations
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Support planning and execution of key events (e.g., AGM, investor events)
- Coordinate logistics: venues, vendors, guest lists, on-site support
- Prepare event materials (briefings, presentations, content)
- Assist with post-event reporting and evaluation
Qualification:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- 1-5 years of experience in External Communication
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Solutions-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English and German
