As the Asset Management Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in the conducting a global program to assess and optimize the management of pharma/lab equipment assets across multiple production and R&D sites. You will be responsible for defining and implementing new processes and ensuring their adoption throughout the organization. The position requires a balance of strategic and operational expertise, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation of the new Asset Management Framework across multiple sites.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align internal stakeholders and ensure clear understanding of standards and processes.
• Develop and document standardized guidelines, procedures, and governance models.
• Support the definition and deployment of the new methodology.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, and finance teams to ensure consistency in asset data and lifecycle management.
• Identify process gaps and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in maintenance and asset performance optimization.

Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Asset Management, Maintenance, or Operational Excellence in a large-scale transformation projects or framework implementation.
• Background in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing sectors is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle costing and maintenance management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and translate technical topics into business value.
• Autonomous, organized, and results-driven mindset.
• English + French mandatory
