Project Lead - Content Delivery & Transformation (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Managing and optimizing resource capacity to improve productivity in creative and content units
Collaborating across teams to route incoming requests to the right Subject Matter Specialists and ensure timely follow-up
Coordinating the rollout and scaling of AI tools and workflows to support content creation
Coordinate implementation and improvement of new Adobe content automation platforms
Managing the deployment, workflow integration, and change management for AI-based writing tools globally
Qualification:
8+ years in global project/program management
Strong experience with digital content and AI-enabled service pilots
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects
Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking
High independence and problem-solving skills
Budget and resource management expertise
AI mindset (e.g. familiarity with Adobe, Jasper AI, or similar enterprise tools)
