CMMS Specialist (M/F/D)
The CMMS Specialist responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of data within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) used at the Neuchâtel site. The role involves overseeing system configurations, supporting equipment and maintenance data input, and training users on CMMS usage. The SME also supports documentation management and contributes to capital and CMMS-related projects.
Tasks:
Create and manage equipment, measuring instruments, and TAGs in the CMMS
Create and codify spare parts
Create, modify, or delete equipment part-lists
Create, modify, or delete preventive and predictive maintenance work orders
Create, modify, or delete calibration work orders
Manage the equipment hierarchy within the system
Update and maintain system parameters to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Develop and manage documentation related to the CMMS system (10%)
Deliver system training to employees requiring CMMS access (10%)
Participate in CAPEX projects as needed (15%)
Lead and manage all CMMS-related projects (5%)
Qualification:
Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is required
Proven expertise in using CMMS platforms such as JD Edwards, BMRAM, or SAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong understanding of maintenance management processes and data structures
Fluency in French is required
English proficiency is a strong advantage
No travel required
Home office permitted on a part-time basis
