VP Sales & Marketing (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Lead Sales and Marketing Teams: Build and manage a high-performing team to drive sales, marketing, and training initiatives for the company’s products.
Develop and Execute Commercial Strategy: Design and implement strategies aimed at achieving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Oversee Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of product launches in the US, ensuring smooth collaboration across marketing, sales, and other departments.
Engage with Key Stakeholders: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and industry partners to promote the company’s products and value proposition.
Implement Sales Operations and Training: Develop comprehensive sales training programs and tools to ensure the team is well-equipped to achieve results.
Drive Market Insights and Strategy: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine strategies and optimize execution.
Ensure Compliance and Collaboration: Work closely with regulatory, medical, and compliance teams to ensure ethical and compliant promotional practices.
Qualification:
A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business is required.
A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Must have: experiences in rare disease; nice to have: Oncology
10-15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing leadership roles, ideally in oncology, specialty pharmaceuticals.
Proven success in launching and commercializing innovative therapies in complex markets.
A strong track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Expertise in strategic planning, sales execution, and developing marketing programs.
In-depth knowledge of the US healthcare system
Strong strategic thinking and collaboration skills, with excellent communication abilities and experience in public speaking and external representation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to adapt strategies to a dynamic market.
