Program Manager (M/W/D)
Tasks:
Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming omnichannel and content delivery requests.
Independently manage demand intake, backlog, and project tracking using JIRA
Assess and prioritize tasks, define delivery scope, and establish project timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on deliverables and ensure seamless execution.
Utilize expertise to coordinate interdependent tasks across teams without direct oversight.
Facilitate discussions, drive alignment, and proactively address blockers.
Conduct planning and retrospective sessions to enhance project efficiency.
Optimize resource allocation strategies to improve delivery outcomes.
Provide periodic progress updates and recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Qualification:
- Proven experience (5+ years with a degree, 10+ years without) in project-based content delivery.
- Expertise in managing print/digital content and omnichannel customer experiences.
- Ability to oversee multiple complex projects with interdependencies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (onshore & offshore) within Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Strong understanding of marketing tools for customer engagement.
- Proficiency in JIRA or similar work management tools for tracking and organizing work.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Strong problem-solving ability to navigate project challenges independently.
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to project execution and risk mitigation.
