eLearning & LMS Support Specialist (M/F/D)
Tasks:
2nd level support for our learning management systems Umantis and Ilias
Run special Umantis reporting, specifically for regular MSBU License Reporting
Implement new eLearning training in Umantis
Manage data uploads in Umantis which are essential for assigning mandatory eLearning or optimizing the MSBU license concept as aligned with MSBU management
Active ticket handling for Learning Management related problems
Qualification:
Degree in Information Technology, Education, HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience in supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Umantis and Ilias
Experience in eLearning content management and implementation
Good understanding of LMS administration, including user management, course assignments, and reporting
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to ticket handling
Knowledge of HR systems and their integration with LMS
Experience in process optimization for learning management
Requirements:
