Sr. HR Project Manager - Facility Management Outsourcing (M/F/D):
Tasks:
Oversee HR coordination for the outsourcing of facility management services across multiple regions.
Develop HR transfer strategies while ensuring full compliance with TUPE regulations.
Collaborate with legal experts and advise local HR teams on employment law requirements.
Gather and analyze employee data to support transition planning.
Create and implement communication strategies and stakeholder engagement materials.
Engage with works councils and unions at a central level.
Supervise and manage the creation and approval process of LTAs.
Organize training programs and ensure adherence to legal and procedural requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for local HR teams and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in (HR) project management, preferably within outsourcing or facility management.
Strong knowledge of employment law, TUPE regulations, and HR transition processes.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively, including collaboration with unions and works councils.
Excellent communication skills, with a background in developing and executing communication strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis, risk evaluation, and document management.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and handling complex, multi-country projects.
Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
