Senior Analyst (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Own area of responsibility:
Assist IR Head in planning of Cost Center target; assist IR Head in managing IR budget to Target; keep track on Target vs. Actuals; realign spend according to forecast review; create monthly cost center reports; raise purchase orders ; coordinate the yearly vendor negotiations and sourcing for competitive bids; monitor receipts from JPMorgan and NYSE subsidy; notify IR head of over/under spends in a timely manner; liaise and align with BPA manager; strive for cost savings regarding all IR activities; book goods/services receipt and review invoices; monitor cost center line items and projects; request and track rebookings, accruals etc., if necessary; liaise with accounting to correct false entries; liaise with US finance team to monitor NYSE fee and ADR program.
Annual & Quarterly Results:
Organize and lead all logistical processes for IR Annual and Quarterly results communication (e.g. Investor webcast); Support in preparing and distributing high level briefing documents for ECN; schedule quarterly preparation meetings with therapeutic area teams; review and edit German quarterly reports; liaise with FRA regarding approval of translations (incl. auditors) as well as finalization of IFR in MDD; assist in reviewing the quarterly PR and IFR; finalize documents and send final PR and IFR to media relations, webmaster and MDD for 6k filing and distribution via different channels; slide management during live quarterly investor/analyst calls and live audio webcasts.
Major Investor Events (R&D, ESG & Capital Markets day “MNM”, Data related Events):
Organize key company events; ensuring dates are set early in advance, travel arrangements for Executives and IR, checking and booking of a host location, on-site support.

Is a professional partner to people inside and outside the company. Deals with strictly confidential information on a daily basis. Informs, advises and supports the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department.

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor but preffered PhD (Dr. rer. nat.) in Biology from the Technical University
2-3 years of experience in project management or consulting
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple hard deadlines under time pressure
Attention to detail and quality of presentations
Exceptional clarity of communication and thought
100% reliability, trustworthiness and absolute dedication to confidentiality
Excellent written and spoken command of English and German
