Manufacturing Operators (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of ISO Class 7, ISO Class 8, and CNC areas.
Maintain operational readiness of cleanrooms and classified support spaces.
Stock cleaning materials, gowning supplies, and production consumables.
Follow approved procedures for gowning, cleaning, and other assigned activities.
Complete required room and equipment logbook documentation accurately.
Support production and packaging activities when needed.
Assist with laboratory cleaning, glassware cleaning, and restocking.
Support warehouse activities, including inventory management and related documentation.
Follow all applicable GMP, EHS, and Radiation Safety requirements.
Work flexible hours when required, including evenings and weekends.
Qualification:
High school diploma or higher education required.
1–3 years of general professional work experience.
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred but not required.
Previous cleanroom cleaning experience preferred.
Basic understanding of cGMP requirements.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and punctuality.
Able to follow written procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Adaptable and able to work effectively under production schedule pressures.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve individual productivity and work quality.
