Project Manager Biopharma TechOps Projects (M/F/D)
Tasks:
The project manager shall lead a cross-functional project team with internal and external partners as well as functions like quality experts and SME (e.g. Drug Product Subject Matter Experts)
The project has the target to carry out a TechTransfer from countries in Europe to Brazil
The scope are 3 different TechTransfer workstreams; Assembly & Packaging-TT, Drug Product-TT, Drug Substance-TT
Project manager will be responsible to keep the project timeline, assure required quality and monitor the project budget
The project manager will need to coordinate with multiple parties (internal, external partners, push for deliverables, and navigate cultural differences in collaboration, requiring strong organizational and communication skills
Qualification:
The ideal candidate is a project manager with biosimilar/biotech experience, who is pushy, diplomatic, able to quickly integrate into new projects, and fluent in English (German is not a must)
Profound experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects dealing with different cultures
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in managing pharma project, preferred biopharma, preferred experience in managing TechTransfer projects
Portuguese language skills preferred
Must: fluent in English (German is not a must)
Onboarding on site in Bad Homburg for 1-2 weeks, but in general per remote possible (homeoffice)
