Senior SAP Consultant - Finance & Controlling (M/W/D)
Tasks:
Act as a trusted advisor for SAP Finance & Controlling, supporting the design, optimization, and global harmonization of finance processes and system landscapes.
Provide expert consulting for the rollout and continuous enhancement of the global SAP Finance & Controlling template, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Advise stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions and support the definition of target processes, governance structures, and implementation strategies.
Analyze existing Finance & Controlling processes and identify opportunities for process standardization, efficiency improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, challenge existing approaches, and define sustainable solution concepts.
Support global SAP rollout programs by providing functional expertise, localization guidance, and strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with global End-to-End (E2E) process owners to ensure consistency across business processes, systems, and organizational structures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the long-term roadmap for SAP Finance & Controlling capabilities.
Qualification:
Extensive hands-on experience as an SAP Finance & Controlling Consultant, with strong expertise in SAP FI/CO and ideally SAP S/4HANA and Fiori.
Proven track record in international SAP rollout projects, including template deployment and localization activities.
Experience with related SAP solutions such as FSCM, VIM, and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning) is considered a strong advantage.
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a comparable field.
Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in international teams.
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with a high degree of autonomy.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
