IT Support (M/W/D)
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist. The system recently went live and requires flexible, evolving support to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement. This role will focus on ongoing support activities based on business needs.
Tasks:
Provide functional and technical support
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and performance issues
Monitor system behaviour and ensure reliability
Support enhancements and continuous improvements
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
Qualifications:
Strong experience in Microsoft Fabric
Good knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI
Experience with Infor M3 and Sage is a strong advantage
Understanding of modern data platforms and cloud-based architectures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving requirements
Good communication skills, especially in a multi-stakeholder environment
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in French (mandatory)
