Senior FP&A Analyst
Tasks:
Support budgeting, forecasting, outlooks, and monthly close processes
Build and maintain Excel-based planning models and templates
Coordinate data collection and planning activities with regional teams
Ensure data accuracy, validate inputs, and manage timelines
Support carve-out and finance-related administrative projects
Improve reporting processes and contribute to digital tool adoption (e.g., Power BI)
Qualification:
3–5 years of FP&A or related finance experience
Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets
Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Power BI
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Structured, proactive, and strong communicator
Experience in Pharma, FMCG, Consulting, or multinational environments
Fluent in English
