Pricing, Contracts and Tenders Analyst (M/F/D)
Tasks:
End to End Process Assessment (Pricing, Contracts & Tender Management)
Structured reviews of the full tender lifecycle
Analyze current organizational structure, workflows, SOPs, governance, and cross regional variations.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
Map the current technical landscape including Salesforce/OneCRM, tender systems, pricing tools, SAP HANA integrations, and surrounding architecture
Assess readiness for automation, analytics
Align with IT, CRM, SAP HANA teams to ensure consistent system-process integration
Contribute to global policy frameworks, harmonized processes, and governance structures
Ensure alignment with tender playbooks and pricing governance models
Work with global & regional stakeholders to drive process consistency
Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, CRM/OneCRM, data teams, and regional tender/pricing leads
Conduct workshops for requirement gathering and alignment
Conduct training sessions
Support change management and adoption of new processes/tools
Recommend KPIs and dashboards for monitoring tender and pricing process health
Support analytics teams with structured process frameworks and data needs.
Drive continuous improvement cycles across global markets
Qualification:
5+ years of Business Analyst experience with strong process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation capabilities.
Strong Pharma industry experience
Pharma consulting experience including project management and stakeholder engagement
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset; ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Ability to translate complex pricing concepts into simple, usable frameworks for global stakeholders
Fluency in the English language is required, any additional languages are an advantage
