AI Tender and Pricing Business Analyst (M/F/D)
Tasks:
- Full assessment of the end‑to‑end Tender Management process
- Conducting a comprehensive review of existing process and tools in 3 countries (including US) on Pricing and Commercial Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Preparing detailed process and technology maps
- Developing a standard integrated gross to net mapping
- Deliver price policy support, including the development and documentation of core pricing, contracting principles and governance standards
- Ensure alignment and high quality outputs
- Participate in regular stakeholder discussions, facilitated meetings, and targeted workshops across functional teams
- Solid hands-on experience delivering AI and data‑driven projects including outside pharma
- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Professional experience across industries plus 7+ years of professional experience in Pharma/MedTech/Life Science industry
- Master’s Degree
- Technical implementation experience in SAP-Hana, Salesforce in commercial projects
- Strong domain know how of pricing, contracting and tender management process from a business perspective esp from other major Pharma and Life Sc companies
- Clear understanding of commercial data and KPIs
- Client engagement and consulting experience in US and Europe
- Profound documentation and presentation skills
- Independent, process- and result-oriented way of working
- Excellent communication and Microsoft skills
- Fluency in the English language is required, any additional languages are an advantage
