Interim Compensation & Benefit Manager (M/W/D)
Ensure continuity of core Compensation & Benefits operations (cycles, reviews, bonuses, benefits).
Maintain consistent application of job architecture, pay structures, and internal equity.
Advise HR and leaders on compensation topics, market data, offers, and policy interpretation.
Coordinate executive compensation materials and align with the Management Board and Remuneration Committee.
Oversee equity program processes with Finance, Legal, and external administrators.
Provide C&B expertise during organisational changes, restructurings, or M&A activities.
Prepare and align key reward communications for managers and employees.
Offer guidance to the Total Rewards team on priorities and operational topics.
Monitor external trends and regulatory changes and assess their impact on reward programs.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CPO and HR leadership to ensure continuity and risk mitigation
Qualification:
Broad operational experience in Compensation & Benefits across multiple countries, including Europe and the US.
Proven ability to stabilise and manage reward operations in fast-paced, multinational matrix organisations.
Strong analytical skills, comfort with data, and solid financial understanding.
Knowledge of legal, tax, and social security aspects of C&B in key regions.
Clear, concise communicator with advisory capability for stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, French, Italian) advantageous.
