Business Analyst (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Analyze AI Agent output for PII in HR vendor contracts and Workday interfaces
Align interface findings with contracts and assess compliance with the company Records Retention Policy
Track and organize findings
Prepare documentation and reports
Schedule and lead meetings with vendors and HR CoEs to address gaps
Partner with company I&T to revise, test, and deploy updated interfaces
Support updates to Records Retention Policy
Troubleshoot websites, applications, user access, servers, transmissions, and firewall issues
Document and escalate incidents; validate service restoration
Facilitate and schedule change management requests and post-change validations
Configure installed software across environments and maintain documentation
Assist with disaster recovery testing and infrastructure monitoring
Monitor job processing and coordinate report reprints
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for critical applications
May perform project management functions as a team member or lead
Qualification:
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Familiarity with Workday (not required to configure)occasionally
Ability to interpret and assess contractual language
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Experience with Records Retention and Destruction concepts preferred
