Define root causes for incidents and defects detected, in the SAP SD processes, respect the resolution process by reproducing and identifying the issue, then resolve it with the appropriate solution (functional or technical Abap) with the collaboration with development teams

Update Functional specifications for any change or correction done for any program or specific SD flow
