Process Engineer (M/F/D)
Tasks:
This role focuses on supporting the manufacturing science Department as a subject matter expert (SME). The engineer will facilitate drug product technology transfer, ensuring seamless integration at the receiving unit.
Act as SME for drug product manufacturing processes and technology transfer.
Provide technical support and expertise to the receiving unit teams during the transfer.
Assess and mitigate risks linked to process changes
Collaborate on validation activities, including process and equipment qualification.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical challenges during transfer processes
Develop documentation, including protocols, reports, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Qualification:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience FF area for recombinant protein.
Engineering or university degree in biotechnology
Language skills: Fluent in English and French
Experience with drug product manufacturing and tech transfer processes.
Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory compliance.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Interpersonal skills that enables you to work with people at all levels
