Electronic Engineer (M/W/D)
This role focuses on leading the development and industrialization of advanced electronic systems within a regulated environment. The position combines hardware, firmware, and system-level expertise to bring complex products from concept through to market release. It requires strong technical leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a focus on quality, compliance, and performance. The engineer will operate with a high level of autonomy while driving innovation and execution.
Tasks:
Define and refine electronic system specifications, architecture, and design reviews, ensuring compliance with safety and EMC requirements.
Contribute to or enhance embedded firmware (C/C++) that interfaces with hardware and higher-level software systems.
Develop and execute verification and validation strategies, including test plans aligned with lifecycle and quality standards.
Lead PCB assembly transfer and industrialization, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure production readiness.
Manage technical risks, resolve complex issues, and align stakeholders to meet project timelines and objectives.
Qualifications:
Degree in electronics engineering or a closely related field.
Extensive experience (around 10+ years) in electronic product development across hardware, firmware, and system levels.
Strong knowledge of electrical safety, EMC standards, and regulated development processes.
Proven ability to lead complex development or industrialization projects, including supplier quality and testing strategies.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams.
