Senior Manager EMEA Manufacturing (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term projections
Perform variance analysis—comparing actual manufacturing, labor, and purchase costs against standards—and recommend corrective actions
Direct the month-end closing process to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
Implement internal controls to safeguard assets, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and external
audit standards
Participate in target setting process for EMEA and provide targets to each site in EMEA and lead coordination and communication with local MBC teams across Europe to align reporting requirements with global teams
Ensure accurate standard cost calculation (hourly rates calculation based on Plan costs and Plan production volume, correct and updated parameters in relevant SAP masterdata like loss factors / time in routings and purchase prices) in SAP ERP System
Ongoing development, analysis, and monitoring of production-related key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement within the EMEA MBC's including monthly COS
Preparation and management of consolidated budgets (costs and Capex), long range plan and forecasts in close alignment with business objectives
Manage team of 4 Members of managers and working students.
Qualification:
5-7 years’ experience in a similar position in manufacturing environment
Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection
Strong knowledge of IFRS
Cost accounting experience
Demonstrated expertise in MS Office and SAP ERP System (CO-OM & CO-PC and ideally CO-PA) – Actual Costing approach
Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system is a bonus
Good planning and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills
Experience in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries from the business.
Ability to effectively communicate with management, public groups, peers and staff.
Must be a team player and act cooperatively with the business
Ability to lead and motivate teams to reach a common goal
Demonstrate strong and pragmatic business acumen
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.um amount of formal education, certification, or licensure needed;
different level of education that would make candidate preferable
Good German and English fluent written and verbal skills
