Sales & Marketing Lead COPD (M/F/D)
Tasks:
End-to-end leadership of brand and sales strategy for a COPD franchise (inhaled & biologics) with full P&L responsibility
Experienced in leading and developing cross-functional teams (Key Account Management & Marketing) with a strong focus on sales leadership and people management
Proven capability in driving launch readiness for complex assets (incl. COPD, planned 2027) in highly matrixed environments
Strong track record in developing and executing data-driven brand strategies aligned with dynamic market conditions
Expertise in orchestrating omnichannel campaigns and integrated customer engagement initiatives
Established network and collaboration with key opinion leaders to support brand positioning and market access
Structured approach to performance management, forecasting, and delivery against business objectives
Qualification:
7+ years’ pharma experience across marketing and sales leadership in cross-functional, matrix environments
Proven track record in launch execution, brand leadership and commercial excellence, particularly in biologics and respiratory (incl. COPD / severe asthma)
Strong people leader with high stakeholder influence across all seniority levels
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to complex, cross-functional challenges
Customer- and market-centric mindset with global collaboration experience and understanding of drug development, commercial and market access interfaces
Agile, digitally savvy and innovation-driven with high ownership and autonomy
Languages: Fluent German and English; French is an advantage
Additional strengths: launch & marketing expertise, sales leadership in pharma, strong development potential
