Senior Manager, Digital Marketing (Licensing)
The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing leads end-to-end digital marketing activities for the Licensing business, driving campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance. This role partners closely with commercial and scientific teams to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that support lead generation and pipeline growth.
Tasks:
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Manage full campaign lifecycle, including planning, content development, deployment, and performance reporting.
Drive demand generation through email marketing, automation, and account-based marketing (ABM).
Optimize digital performance using data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
Oversee website content and user experience, ensuring SEO optimization and conversion effectiveness.
Collaborate with CRM and marketing operations teams to ensure effective lead management and reporting.
Manage digital marketing budget and support events/webinars through digital promotion.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align messaging, strategy, and performance insights.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, life sciences, or related field.
5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B or technical environments.
Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, email automation, and web analytics.
Experience with marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, MAPs, GA4).
Analytical mindset with strong project management and communication skills.
Fluent in English.
