Production Scheduler
Tasks:
Build, update, and communicate short‑term production schedules across relevant departments.
Incorporate inputs from Procurement, Production, Development, and Supply Planning to ensure realistic, achievable plans.
Balance demand priorities with efficient sequencing and resource utilization.
Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly with cross‑functional teams.
Maintain planning parameters and master data to support accurate system scheduling.
Monitor production performance, material consumption, and quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.
Provide schedule data for MRP and support accurate BOMs, routings, and efficiency reporting.
Qualification:
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to define and interpret KPIs.
Skilled in production scheduling systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to extract and analyze data using Business Intelligence tools.
Clear communicator with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
English required; German is an advantage.
