Junior Human Resources Manager
Tasks:
Coordinating and executing HR processes including on-boarding and employee relations for shift workers
Writing and revising HR policies and SOPs to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals
Staying up to date on HR trends and best practices as well as employment laws and regulations
Providing reliable and scalable administrative support for HR processes and programs across the company
Supporting performance management processes and assisting with training and development programs
Qualification:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the HR field
Completed HR qualification in Switzerland - Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en ressources humaines
Excellent knowledge of Swiss Labor Law
Experience working in a production site is a strong advantage
Strong communication skills being able to manage various stakeholders
Fluency in English and French is a must, German is an advantage
Requirements:
Start: flexible, 3 months’ notice is ok
Duration: permanent
Capacity: 5 days per week
