The recent job fair we joined in January showed that we are able to identify and inspire the right candidates. The enormous amount of applications kept us busy for quite a while and soon we will have two new colleagues starting at K-Recruiting.
Besides attending job fairs we constantly post open positions on Stepstone, our webpage or on several social media channels.
The Recruiting Process
The recruiting process at K-Recruiting consists of three levels. The very good feedback on kununu regarding this process proves that our tools and levels really make sense.
You can apply easily via E-Mail to email@example.com by including the most important documents like CV, letter of motivation and certificates.
Applicants that fulfill our main criteria are generally invited to a telephone interview to get to know each other and to clarify both side’s expectations.
If the first positive impression can be validated on the phone we ask the applicants for a personal interview on site. In this meeting representatives from HR and the department interview the applicant to get a more detailed a deeper impression. We also check the personal fit and would like to develop a more concrete timeline for a possible hiring process.
It has been proven that the third step, a practical test trial day, is an efficient method to evaluate the candidate’s fit on the position and into the K-Team. In addition, the applicant is able to really get to know the team and how we work.
