K-Recruiting obtains ISO 9001 re-certification

ISO 9001 stands for quality – worldwide. It is the most established certification in quality management (QM) and thus the international benchmark. For the second year in a row, TÜV SÜD has confirmed K-Recruiting’s ISO certification.

Plan – Do – Check – Act! Clear distribution of tasks, structured processes and precise responsibilities are the building blocks of successful management. Within the framework of the ISO 9001 certification, these building blocks are therefore considered decisive test criteria. After K-Recruiting already received the TÜV SÜD certificate in 2020, the full re-certification has now taken place. This, once again, confirms the effectiveness of our quality management system.

A QM system is the backbone of a company, the basis for a self-learning and continuously developing organisation that puts the customer at the centre. Customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal and at the same time one of the seven principles certified by ISO 9001. For a successful audit, and thus ISO re-certification, compliance with and continuous improvement of these ISO principles is a prerequisite.

Advantages of certification

At K-Recruiting, we see ISO 9001 as our responsibility towards both clients and employees. Open communication and transparent structures create trust for all parties in the results of our joint activities. Planning reliability for customers and employees, motivated teams and customer centricity are the decisive advantages of QM certification for us. Thanks to our QM management, we can meet the concerns and requirements of our customers and employees in the best possible way.

About the ISO standard

ISO 9001 is a voluntary standard for quality management systems issued by ISO, the International Organisation for Standardisation. It is considered a globally recognised standard that specifies the minimum requirements for a quality management system. More about ISO 9001 here.
