K-Recruiting on course for international growth - new management in Germany

Munich / San Diego, March 14, 2023 — The Munich-based temporary staffing firm K-Recruiting is expanding its growth strategy with the opening of a new location in San Diego, California. The company specializes in placing freelance experts in the life sciences industry and has become a renowned, owner-managed player in the staffing industry over the past more than eight years. At the same time, K-Recruiting GmbH in Munich will be managed by a new dual leadership team. The company's international expansion began with the opening of a new office in Zurich in November 2022.

Oliver Kremer, founder and CEO, started the personnel service in July 2014 and has since expanded his team to about 90 permanent employees. K-Recruiting's motto, "Connecting for Health," focuses on connecting freelance experts and companies from the Pharma & BioTech and Medical Technology & Diagnostics industries for a healthier future.

K-Recruiting is now the first German life sciences personnel service in the west of the USA, with a team of experienced colleagues moving into new offices in downtown San Diego. The location on the American West Coast, also known as "Biotech Beach," is considered the current biotech hub for life sciences companies worldwide.

In early 2023, Kremer handed over the company's management in Germany to Tobias Renwanz, the previous Head of Operations, and Sebastian Heck, who was most recently responsible as Head of HR & Organization. Both have been with the company for many years and have already demonstrated their expertise, strategic thinking, and communication skills in various management positions.

Renwanz, now Head of Sales, brings eight years of experience to K-Recruiting and will lead sales and strategic business development with his excellent network and wide-ranging expertise. Heck, who joined the K-Recruiting management team in 2018, will apply his expertise to the company's finances and all HR matters. Both provide the ideal foundation to continue successfully leading the German business into the future.
