BioNTech has now issued a press release thanking all the partner companies and organisations that provided them with research expertise and support throughout the development and testing process. Without them, the successful development of the vaccine would not have been possible a mere eleven months after the start of “Project Lightspeed”. “I would like to thank each and every person who has contributed to making this a reality,” says Dr Ugur Sahin, CEO and co-founder of BioNTech.
The freelance experts placed by K-Recruiting were and are involved in a wide variety of process stages, including, among others, the development of the vaccine.
“Our cooperation with BioNTech is very trusting and efficient,” Oliver Kremer, Managing Director at K-Recruiting, is pleased to say. “As with all projects, we work shoulder to shoulder in our team, and we also all undergo continuous professional training in order to be a contact partner at the same level for everyone. This way, we can usually provide our partner companies with exactly the medical doctors, pharmacists, scientists and engineers they need for their project within a few days. The fact that we also succeeded in doing this with the development of the COVID-19 vaccine and were thus able to contribute to this milestone in research is a special honour for us.”
