Your Universe

  • Sales rocket: You'll be responsible for building, developing, and expanding a customer portfolio. You'll be using various means, including cold calling, to reach out to potential customers.
  • Being a reliable point of contact: You'll be the go-to person for our Life Sciences customers and consultants, ensuring that you're always available to help with any queries that may arise.
  • Relationship management: Maintaining regular communication with customers is key to anticipating their future needs and staying up-to-date with current market developments.
  • Interface management: You'll be working collaboratively with colleagues from recruiting to ensure that the needs analysis is seamlessly transferred to them.
  • Expanding knowledge: We believe in constantly expanding our knowledge, and as our Sales Representative, you'll be expected to stay on top of current trends and market developments in the Life Sciences field.
  • Seize opportunities: You can choose to develop into a team leader or pursue our expert career path and become an Executive Key Account Manager.

And You

  • Passion for Life Sciences: You should have previous experience in staffing and sales for Life Sciences.
  • Collaborative spirit: We value team players who enjoy working in an onsite team setting.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is required.
  • Driven by success: You should be motivated and goal-driven in your work.
  • Dependable team player: We need someone who is reliable and dependable - someone whom colleagues can count on.
  • Strong service mentality: We prioritize providing excellent service to our customers, and we need someone who shares that mindset.
  • Sales and networking skills: We're seeking an individual with a talent for sales and a passion for networking.
  • Frustration tolerance and persistence: Sales can be challenging, but we're looking for someone who can handle setbacks with grace and persistence, without ignoring the needs of their conversational partner.
  • Communication: You should have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. You should be comfortable with frequent phone conversations.
  • Adaptability: We need someone who is adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a startup business environment.
