The application-process at K-Recruiting
Our process is not like an Assessment-Center. For us it is important to recognize who you are. The recruitment process at K-Recruiting is split into several steps. That this approach leads to success, shows our staff growth and the positive feedback on kununu:

But which steps are behind our process?
With a cover letter, your CV and the most important documents you can apply to us via Email or the contact form on our Homepage. If your documents are interesting, we arrange a telephone interview.
This helps us to get a better impression of you. If you convince us in this interview, you will be invited to a personal interview. Here the representative of the several departments and an employee of our HR-department are talking with you. The aim is to get a deeper impression of you as a person. Furthermore, we want to talk with you about your future tasks in detail. If we recognize a personal fit, we arrange a trial day. Through this day you get an impression of the tasks and you can get in touch with your future colleagues. We have the chance to see, if you fit to the vacant position and, if you can imagine yourself in our team.
Our evaluation process is very quick. This means that you can expect a soon answer after your trial day.

But what is happening in your first days?
At your first two days we will help you to establish all necessary equipment. You are also getting an introduction to the Life-Science-Industry and we will make you familiar with our Software-Programs.
Communication is the key word of the third day of our Onboarding. Here you are learning how you structure future phone calls and how to negotiate. In these days you are not directly integrated in the daily business. You have a central contact person, who helps you with first important information.
At day number four we want to introduce our processes. After a theoretical excurse you are visiting several colleagues from different departments in their daily business.
The fifth day of the Onboarding-Week begins with the topic “contracts”. You are learning which different kinds of contracts exist and which impact the topic “bogus self-employment” in our daily business has. The main focus of the first week is learning. You are receiving the input, that is necessary for being prepared for the next weeks. Feel free to ask – questions are welcome!
After the Onboarding it will be more practical. You will have your first phone call and you will be responsible for your own processes. You are never left alone. Your leader also acts as a mentor. The following weeks are about practice, practice and practice. You will never be finished with learning. The conversations with clients and consultants gives you a good understanding and your tutor from the Onboarding will be your contact person for Life Science skill knowledge.
Regular exercises in the team will help you to handle difficult telephone calls. Different excurses give you negotiation skills, preparation of profiles and Contract-Know-How.
