Your tasks as a Consultant Recruiter

The Consultant Recruiting is the department, where we set the foundation for a trustful long-term collaboration with our consultants. Under the instruction of your mentor, you´ll get to know the exciting and complex task-field of international recruiting. You are the person, who gets in touch with new consultants and you are helping us to grow our network. Furthermore, you are also involved in the matching-process. This means that you are finding the right freelancer for our projects and you are essential for an excellent staffing process for our consultants and customers.

Your workday at Consultant Recruiting

One of your main tasks is the daily extension of our network. Therefore, you are identifying new consultants and win them over for a collaboration with K-Recruiting. You are communicating via phone or email with international freelancers. After receiving the CV´s of the consultants, you are entering them into our database and you also give strong support to our Consultant Management by matching the consultants with suitable projects.

Furthermore, you are cordially invited to introduce your own ideas, contribute to projects – cross-functional engagement is more than welcome, too. The focus of K-Recruiting is always on getting better day by day.

Requirements for your start at Consultant Recruiting

The most important requirements for a successful start as a Consultant Recruiter are the following:

  • You are matriculated e.g. in the subjects economic sciences, natural sciences, humanities
  • You are enthusiastic and a self-motivated person
  • You are ambitious, faithful and success-oriented
  • You are interested in Consultant Recruiting and you are an outgoing networker
  • You have time to spend 20 hours per week to hit the ground running with us.
